We will be setting up credit card processing and Pay Pal in the near future.

Within two weeks of receiving your enrollment form, Lone Operator Inc. will  send you a course packet containing a gear list for that particular course, course information, release forms and travel details. Transportation from the Charlotte International Airport to our training area is the responsibility of the student.  Please note that no smoking, drugs, or alcohol are allowed during any courses.

Lone Operator Inc. Cancellation and Refund Policy: 
In order for us to maintain the highest quality of hands-on training as possible, each of our courses has a limited number of students. In the event you choose to enroll in one of our courses, and then cancel near the course run date, you tie up a slot that could have been given to another person. Also, partially filled courses are not economical for us to run, and we are then forced to try to fill your slot with limited notice.  
 Please note that there is a non-refundable $75 processing fee per course.

• If you cancel 30 days or more prior to the course dates.....100% course refund minus the $75 fee.
• If you cancel 29 to 10 days prior to the course dates.....50% course refund minus the $75 fee.
• If you cancel 9 days or less prior to the course dates.....no refund can be given.  No exceptions. 

Students who leave a course once it has begun for any reason will not be entitled to a refund. 
If for some reason we cancel a course, a full refund will be given.  Lone Operator Inc. assumes no responsibility for any additional expenses incurred as a result of cancellation.
Slots for our courses are limited; acceptance is on a first-come, first-serve basis.  In the event you are unable to attend the course of choice due to the course being filled, your name will be put on a waiting list and will be contacted when the next course becomes available.

Note: Mr. Teti will be out of town frequently filming season 3 of “Dual Survival”.  During this time no courses will be offered.
